This CRA is filed by the tenant against the concurrent findings of both the courts below.

By order dated 20.6.2022, this court after having heard both sides had granted time to the tenant for vacating the premises within 14 months subject to filing an undertaking. An undertaking dated 29.6.2022 is filed by the applicant No.2/tenant. The said undertaking is taken on record and marked Exhibit "X" for identification.

The undertaking filed by the applicant is treated as a undertaking given to this Court.
