The petitioner sought direction against respondent no. 5 to conduct and complete the enquiry in respect of recruitment of employees in respondent no.6 society.

It is submitted by Mr.Bolkar, learned counsel for the petitioner, that after filing of the present writ petition, the enquiry has been conducted and report has been filed. The petitioner has challenged the said report before the respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 3.

In light of above, the purpose stands served. The writ petition as such is disposed. In view of disposal of the writ petition, the civil application also stands disposed of.
