The order was passed directing the Accountant General, Nagpur to decide the pension proposal of the applicant was made mainly because the learned AGP informed to us that the Accountant General, Nagpur is competent to decide the same. On instructions, learned A.S.G. Shri S.B.Deshpande stated that, the accountant General Nagpur is not competent to decide the pension proposal.

In view of this, the applicant is given liberty to seek review of the order passed by us on 22.9.2014. 3.

In light of above, Contempt Petition cannot proceed further and stands disposed of. Pending civil application also stands disposed of.
