1] Notice to respondents. Learned AGP waives service for all respondents.
2] The grievance of the petitioner is that, application under Section 36-A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code is submitted seeking permission for transfer of the lands. The same is pending since 2014. However, same is not yet decided.
3] The learned AGP states that, the application would be decided by the authorities in accordance with law.
4] Considering the fact that the application under Section 36-A filed by the petitioner is pending since July, 2015, the competent authority shall, in case the said application is still pending, decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from today.
