Present application is filed for quashing the First information Report bearing Crime No.153/2015 registered with Shirpur Police Station District Dhule for the offence punishable under sections 498(A), 323, 504, 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Jahagirdar, the learned counsel for the applicants submits that the complaint is filed by the respondent no.2 out of misunderstanding. Respondent no.2 is present in the Court. Affidavit is filed by the respondent No.2. Respondent no.2 is identified by a lawyer. She admits the contents of the affidavit. 3.

It is stated that said complaint is filed out of anger. The complainant is residing with her husband.

Considering the above, we accept the request of the respondent no.2 to quash the complaint.
