After having heard both sides and perusing the affidavit of

2 WP - 7496-2007+ the Collector of the District, Aurangabad, which is taken on record, we direct the respondent no. 6 to 8 in Writ Petition no. 7496 of 2007, to appear before the Collector, Aurangabad on Wednesday, 19th July, 2017 at 10.30 am. The Petitioner in these Writ Petitions can also remain present at the hearing before the Collector, Aurangabad. 2.

The Collector, Aurangabad shall pass the final orders within a period of 10 days from the date of appearance, that is from 19th July, 2017. No extension will be granted under any circumstances.

Both Writ Petitions as also the Civil Application are disposed of.
