The learned Advocate for the applicant to pay the deficit Court fees of Rs.100/- within a period of two weeks. 2.

The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the first appeal is filed along with the application for condonation of delay of 369 caused in filing appeal. The learned Advocate further submits that due to operation the applicant was unable to walk and doctor advised him to take bed rest and so he could not file present appeal within a stipulated period. The applicant has sustained permanent disability and cannot perform his duty after accident.

In view of the same, delay of 369 days is condoned and the application is disposed of.

Appeal is admitted subject to payment of deficit court fees and removal of other office objections within a period of three weeks. The learned Advocate Mr. Rahul Totala holding for Mr. R. F. Totala waives service of notice to respondent No.3 insurance company.
