Present application has been filed for condonation of delay of 73 days in filing criminal appeal. Present appellant is the original accused, who has been convicted in Sessions Case No.56 of 2019 by learned Additional Sessions Judge-3, Hingoli on 27.02.2023 after holding him guilty of committing offence punishable under Sections 302, 324 of Indian Penal Code. It appears that since the date of arrest, the appellant was in jail i.e. from 09.01.2019. Taking into consideration the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay stands condoned.
