Heard Mr. Londhe, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Jadhavar, learned AGP for respondent/State. 2.

The petitioners are challenging the order dated 31.03.2022 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Aurangabad in Appeal No. ROR/REV/292/2021.

The petitioners are having an alternate and equally efficacious remedy against the order passed by the Additional Commissioner, Aurangabad, to file a revision before the State Government and this issue is already considered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra and Others reported in 2015 AIR SCW 6277 SUPREME COURT decided on 06.11.2015. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of, as not maintainable. No order as to costs. 4.

The petitioners may file revision before the State Government
