2] Learned counsel for the applicants make a statement that he may be allowed to withdraw the application in so far as applicant nos. 1 to 3 are concerned. We accept the request and dismiss the application of applicant nos. 1 to 3.

3] In so far as applicant nos. 4 and 5 are concerned, we have perused the first information report. We find no material against these two women whatsoever attracting ingredients of Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code.
