Applicant is claiming declaration that Respondent No.13/Bane Khan Daud Khan to be treated as a fake identity. Such type of relief can not be granted to the applicant.

Party in person submits that he has received information that there is no record of death of Respondent No.13. He further submits that he may be given permission to serve the said respondent by substituted mode of service.

As party in person is prosecuting the matter. Without going into the technicalities, this Court finds it fit to allow the applicant to serve Respondent No.13 by substituted mode of service.
