The learned Addl. G. P. on the last date i. e. on 17.06.2015 made a statement that the order passed by this Court of which contempt is alleged is complied. The salary has been paid to the employees for academic year 2013-2014.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, salary to one Mr. Gaikwad has not been paid. Mr. Gaikwad is not petitioner in this petition. As such, said grievance in this contempt petition cannot be considered.

Considering the fact that, salary now is paid in respect of present petitioners, the order stands complied though belatedly. As such, the contempt stands purged. The contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.

In case there is some dispute with regard to quantum of the amount, the petitioners may agitate the same in appropriate proceedings.
