Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. 2.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the Second Appeal is ordered to be restored on its file for disposal according to law, subject to payment of costs of Rs.2500/- to the Library of High Court Advocates Association at Aurangabad within a period of eight days from today. The applicants shall carry out the amendment and remove objections in the meantime, as ordered by this Court vide order dated 19th June, 2017. 3.
