The petitioner is challenging the orders dated 09.09.2019 and 11.03.2020 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Beed, in Juvenile Case No.114/2019.

The instant petition is filed in the year 2020. The petition was never circulated, however, in the year 2021, it was listed twice, but at that time, the learned advocate for the petitioner sought time. Since then, the matter was never listed. 4.

The learned APP submits that there is no stay

*2* 910crwp1463o20 granted by this Court. The trial in respect of the juvenile in conflict with law must have been proceeded further. Therefore, no purpose would be served by entertaining the petition at this stage.

The instant petition is pending since 2020 and there is no stay. This Court cannot come to the aid of such litigants, who are sleeping over their rights and are not vigilant. 6.
