The petitioner is seeking a mandamus directing the respondent No.2 Education Officer for considering the proposal dated 08.02.2024 (Exhibit-'B') forwarded by the management for grant of approval to his appointment.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.2 Education Officer to decide the proposal dated 08.02.2024 (Exhibit-'B') as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of six weeks. However, the proposal shall not be rejected merely by pointing out deficiencies and attempt shall be made to get the deficiencies cured from [1]
