PER COURT :- The appellant has deposited an amount of Rs.46,71,930/- in this Court, out of the total amount of compensation, awarded by The Member, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal. Considering the aspect as regards deposit of major amount by the Insurance Company, Civil Application is disposed of by directing that, the Judgment & Award dated 16.5.2015 passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Aurangabad in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 844 of 2012 shall stand stayed.

It would be open for the respondents to apply for withdrawal of the amount.
