This is an application for condonation of delay of 945 days occurred in preferring review petition of order dated 07th March, 2018. The grounds of delay have been made out in paragraph no.9 of the application. 2.

Although the contesting respondents dispute the contentions, no written response has been filed. The petitioner is seventy plus. For the reasons given in the application, same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
