There is nothing on record to suggest that the same is received by the competent authority (Respondent No. 4).

The petitioner may verify the same with the office of respondent No. 4. If the application of the petitioners for rental compensation is not available with respondent No. 4, then petitioners may file a fresh application for rental compensation with respondent No. 4, thereafter, respondent No. 4 shall take decision on the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the concerned parties, expeditiously, preferably within a period of nine (09) months from the date of filing of fresh application by the petitioners.
