This application is for withdrawal of the amount deposited in this Court by the insurance company-appellant. Now the appeal itself is disposed off in National Lokadalat dated 09.09.2023. The appellant has, thereafter, deposited amount in the office of this Court. In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw entire amount along with accrued interest lying in this Court. Office to allow disbursement. The application is accordingly allowed and is disposed off.
