These applications are filed by the applicants for condonation of delay of 1472 days caused in filing the appeals. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondents objected the applications on the ground that it is not a reasonable cause for condonation of delay. The applicant is Development Corporation of the State of Maharashtra.

It is to be noted that for grant of necessary approval and allotment of funds time is consumed by the Government authorities. However, as public money is at stake, it is desirable to award opportunity to the applicant to adjudicate the dispute on merits. Therefore, the delay in filing the appeals is condoned. All the appeals on stamp be registered.
