The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner and the learned Advocates for the Respondents are ad idem to pass the order similar to one dated 26.06.2025 passed by this Court in bunch of Writ Petitions, one of which was Writ Petition No. 12512 of 2019. In view of the same, we allow the Writ Petition directing the National Highway Authority of India [NHAI] to pay the Petitioner component of solatium and interest thereon. The competent authority shall calculate amount of interest considering the Petitioner's entitlement for solatium and interest on the amount of compensation and work out the figure to
