The petitioner's claim of belonging to "Koli Mahadev", Scheduled Tribe, is pending with the competent committee for adjudication from 07.08.2018. Since his service was under a threat on account of his inability in submitting the Tribe Validity Certificate, he has approached this Court at the Nagpur Bench in Writ Petition No.581/2020 and the MSRTC has been directed not to terminate his service.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that his maternal cousin brother has been granted the validity by the

*2* 45wp8653o22 competent committee. He prays that the Committee should decide his pending proposal within three months. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

We expect the Committee to decide the claim proposal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 31.01.2023. The petitioner would render wholehearted cooperation to the Committee and would refrain from seeking adjournments on unreasonable or trivial grounds, lest the Committee would be at liberty to proceed to the next stage of the proceeding.
