By order dated 06.06.2018 in Writ Petition No. 5190 of 2018, we had directed the respondent authority i.e. the Joint Director to take decision on the petitioner's proposal regarding his pay fixation on the basis of his appointment.

It is pointed out that the decision has been taken by the Joint Director which is communicated to the Principal of the collage vide letter dated 30.11.2018 inter alia taking a decision on the petitioner' s proposal.

If the petitioner is not agreeable with the decision, he will have to resort to appropriate remedies as are available to him in law. We cannot examine the legality of that decision in this contempt petition. Our directions have been duly complied with.
