This is an application for bringing on record legal representatives of deceased respondent no.1 Indubai Punjaji Bhendale, who expired on 20.02.2023. There are two legal representatives of deceased Indubai, as mentioned in cause title of the application. 2.

There is delay of 782 days in filing aforesaid application. 3.

Considering the reasons mentioned in paragraph nos.3 and 4 of the application and in the interest of justice, delay caused in filing above application is required to be condoned. The legal representatives of deceased Indubai Punjaji Bhendale, are required to be brought on record. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(I) Civil Application No.7125 of 2025 stands allowed. (II) The delay of 782 days caused in filing application is hereby condoned and abetment, if any, stands set aside. (III) Legal representative of deceased Indubai Punjaji Bhendale are permitted to be brought on record. (IV) Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.

(V) Civil Application No.7125 of 2025 stands disposed of accordingly.
