All these applications have been filed for withdrawal of the amount. The appeals have been filed by the acquiring body challenging the quantum. Taking into consideration the purpose for which the appeals have been filed and the fact that case is made out for partial withdrawal of the amount, applicants are entitled to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount subject to filing an undertaking within a period of eight weeks that
