The petitioner had approached the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded raising grievance with regard to transfer on 12.06.2019. It is submitted that the same is not yet decided. 2.

The learned A.G.P. appears for respondents no. 1 and 2. Mr. Pulkundwar, learned counsel appears for respondents no. 3 and 4.

In case, the representation of the petitioner

2 wp 8776.19 is pending with regard to the transfer with the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Executive Officer shall take decision in view of the Government Resolution dated 28.05.2019 within a period of seven (07) days from today. The Chief Executive Officer shall consider the claim of the petitioner being feeding mother.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
