Notice issued to the sole respondent is returned unserved as not residing on the given address.

The petitioner shall take steps to supply the fresh address of the sole respondent on/or before 15.04.2019, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 16.04.2019.

If the fresh address is supplied, the petitioner shall carry out a correction in the address of respondent in the cause title of the petition and notice be issued to the respondent on the new address, returnable on 14.06.2019.

It is made clear that the pendency of this Writ Petition shall not be an impediment for the Trial Court to proceed with RCS No. 111/1999.
