Heard the learned Advocate for the applicant/petitioner and the learned A.G.P. for the State.

For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed, on the following conditions :-

12855.22ca (2) (a) All office objections in the writ petition shall be removed on or before 07/10/2022.

(b) If the above direction is not complied with, the earlier order dated 01/07/2022 shall stand restored.

(c) After all office objections are removed, the writ petition shall stand restored at the stage, at which it was dismissed in default.

Subject to the above, the writ petition be listed in the 'urgent admissions' category on 10/10/2022.
