This Civil Application is filed for bringing on record legal representatives of deceased original claimant-Nagu @ Nagnath Gurav on record under Order 22 Rule 10A of Civil Procedure Code. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the deceased Nagu is died during the pendency of the First appeal. Therefore he prays to allow the application.

Mr. Hange, learned AGP has no objection if the application is allowed. Hence I pass the following order :- a.

Civil Application is allowed.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the deceased Shankar is died during the pendency of the First appeal. Therefore he prays to allow the application.
