Learned Advocate for the applicant wife submits, on instructions, that the applicant may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty that in the event the husband succeeds in the pending appeal and if HMP No.1223 of 2017, filed by the husband, which was dismissed, is restored to the trial Court, the applicant wife would file a fresh MCA for seeking a transfer.
