Learned AGP waives notice for respondent No.1. There appears to be delay of 137 days in filing the application which stands condoned.

Civil Application No.7723 of 2024 has been filed for restoration of the Writ Petition No.397 of 2022, which was conditionally disposed of vide order dated 16.01.2024.

1063_CA_7723_2024 It appears that conditional order was passed on 16.01.2024 in respect of removal of office objections to be made on or before 08.02.2024. Upon failure to comply, writ petition was to be disposed of automatically without further reference to the Court. The petitioner could not remove the office objections within the aforesaid period. Now, the applicant is undertaking to remove the office objections. Respondents are not seriously objecting for restoration of the writ petition.

In view of the said undertaking, the conditional order passed by this Court dated 16.01.2024 is hereby recalled. Time to remove office objections is extended by two weeks. If office objections are removed within the aforesaid period, the petition would stand restored to its original position. Accordingly, Civil Application No.7723 of 2024 stands disposed of. (S.G.
