The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that as the petitioners could not deposit the amount, which was a condition for grant of interim protection vide order dated 23/08/2018, the concerned society has attached the property of the petitioners and has also auctioned the same for the recovery of outstanding amounts. 2.
