23.07.2019 P.C. :- The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has approached the C.E.O. and made a grievance with regard to her transfer on 24.06.2019, however no cognizance has been taken on it as yet. Mr. Pulkundwar appears for respondent nos.4 and 5.

The respondent no.4 shall take decision on the application filed by the petitioner raising grievance with regard to her transfer (page 33) on its own merit expeditiously preferably within seven days. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
