Heard counsel for the applicant. It appears, respondents have filed Waqf Application No.27/2013, in which order below Exhibit 1 was passed on 21.1.2014. The Presiding Officer, in the order observed that, the parties should inform the status and stage of suit R.C.S. No.57/2011 to enable the Court to reach correct conclusion in the matter. The learned counsel submits that, in Regular Civil Suit No.57/2011, the respondents are taking time and adjournments and thus, the matter in Waqf Tribunal is also pending.

The order concerned is of 21.1.2014. No cause to directly file the present revision is made out. As such, the revision application is not entertained. It stands disposed of. Applicant is at liberty to move the Waqf Tribunal for appropriate relief.
