The learned Addl. Government Pleader as well as learned advocate for petitioners agree to the fact that, except petitioner no.2-Sambhaji s/o Sadashiv Munde, salary bills of all other petitioners were submitted and salaries have been paid to them. The communication dated 14.11.2025 has been taken on record and marked as Exhibit "X", in which, Resolution or decision taken on 25.9.2025 has been annexed. 2.

As regards petitioner no.2 is concerned, it is stated that his services came to be terminated by the erstwhile Management on 29.8.2024 and, therefore, he has to then approach the appropriate forum.

Learned advocate for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the petition as against petitioner no.2- Sambhaji s/o Sadashiv Munde, for availing the alternate remedy.

In view of the said fact, thereupon, now the purpose of the petition has been achieved and, therefore, we dispose off the Writ Petition as withdrawn, with liberty to petitioner no.2Sambhaji s/o Sadashiv Munde to avail of the alternate remedy. If the said remedy is availed, the Appropriate Forum should consider pendency of the writ petition before this Court, if question of delay would then arises.
