The applicant-petitioner wants to incorporate the amendment seeking direction to the respondent No.3 to submit proposal for individual approval and also to process the salary bill without raising any objection. It is submitted by Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel that the applicant-petitioner is also seeking direction to pay his salary. 3.

We have also heard learned counsel for respondents No. 3 and 4. 4.
