The petitioner's proposal is pending with the Scrutiny Committee. She intends to take admission to the B. V. Sc. & A.H. degree course 2024-25. The schedule has been published. The last date for submission of validity certificate is 15 August 2024. The proposal has been pending since 2022. 2.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that petitioner's father possesses certificate of validity issued on 27 February 2006. She is ready to adopt the reply filed by her father to the vigilance enquiry report conducted in his file. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the petitioner to appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 30 July 2024. The

2 wp 7896.24 Committee shall consider petitioner's request regarding adoption of the reply filed by her father in his matter and decide the petitioner's proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case by 12 August 2024.
