Respondent-authorities were directed to consider the representation that would be tendered by petitioner within the specific period provided under the order passed in Writ Petition No. 1777/2015 decided on 11.04.2016. Respondents-authorities however, have refused to consider the representation only on the ground that the same has been tendered belatedly and after lapse of two weeks from the date prescribed by this Court. 2.

Infact, respondents ought not to have refused to consider the representation on technical reason and ought to have considered the same on its own merit. In continuation of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1777/2015, respondents are directed to consider the representation/application tendered by petitioner

With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
