Admittedly, the husband of the petitioner had been serving as Head Master with the school managed by respondents No.5 and 6. Husband of the petitioner died in harness. He died in the year 2020. The respondents No.5 and 6 have yet not forwarded the proposal for family pension of the petitioner and other retiral benefits. 2.

We hereby direct the respondents No.5 and 6 to

Writ Petition No.8717/2022 :: 2 ::

forward the proposal for family pension and proposals in relation to other retiral benefits to which the petitioner is entitled to, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
