Learned A.P.P. waives notice for the respondent-State.

The applicant, who has been convicted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge and Special Judge, Ambajogai, vide judgment and order dated 29/06/2015
2 Cr. Appln. 4069/2015 passed in Spl. (POSCO) Case No. 12 of 2014, for the offences punishable under section 354A(ii) of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 2 years and to pay fine of Rs.3,000/-, in default to suffer simple imprisonment for 2 months for the said offence, is praying for suspension of the substantive sentence during the pendency of the appeal and his release on bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that fine amount is already deposited.

Considering the short term sentences, the substantive sentences are hereby suspended. The applicant be released on bail, upon his execution of P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rs. Thirty Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount.

Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly.
