Learned Advocate Mr. Karad holding for learned Advocate Mr. Thombre submits that since the point of jurisdiction has been raised and now the petitioner has been transferred at Thane, the petitioner seeks transfer of the Petition to the Principal Seat. We may also refer to the order passed by this Court on 26 th July 2023 whereby the leave was granted to the petitioner to carry out the amendment within a week disclosing how any part of the cause of action accrued within the limits of the territorial jurisdiction of this Bench as defined in Chapter XXXI of the

wp-8625.23 Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960. It appears that the said amendment has not been carried out, but now the statement is made and permission is sought for transfer of the Petition.

Taking into consideration the contents of the Petition, and the fact that none of the part of the cause of action arose within the territorial jurisdiction of this Bench as so defined in Chapter XXXI of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules 1960, the present Writ Petition is transferred to the Principal Seat at Bombay.
