These applications are filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the acquiring body-appellant in this court. Acquiring body has deposited 75% of the amount of the award alongwith interest in this court.

Learned counsel submits that, this Court in similar matters i.e. in Civil Application No. 6601 of 2024 in FAST/23379/2021 and other connected Applications, has permitted the similarly placed claimants to withdraw the 75% of the deposited amount along with accrued interest thereon on usual undertaking and remaining 25% of the deposited amount along with accrued interest thereon on furnishing solvent surety/security.

Since the 75% of the amount of compensation is deposited in this court, this court is inclined to allow both the applications for withdrawal of the amount.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount alongwith accrued interest thereon on giving usual undertaking. Remaining 25% of the deposited amount alongwith accrued interest is allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this court. 5.
With this, applications stand disposed off.
