Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner as well as learned APP for respondents - State.

It appears from the prayer to the writ petition that the petitioner was seeking emergency parole. The application for leave was tendered by the petitioner on 16.11.2018 and it appears that it was rejected. The appeal filed by the petitioner was also rejected on 02.11.2019. The present petition was filed on 03.11.2020 and it appears that the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner had not got the matter for circulation. Now, if we go by the prayer, then it was the emergency parole leave that was tried to be sought, which appears to be not the case in view of the other documents on (1)

929-wp-1473-2020.odt record. Under such circumstance, we dispose of this writ petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to apply afresh to the concerned authorities and if such application is filed, it be disposed of as early as possible by the said authorities.
