Learned counsel Mr. Shelke, appearing for State Election Commission places on record a photo copy of extract of proceedings indicating that the electronic voting machines have already been programmed, set and sealed and in such a case it would not be possible now to go by paragraph no. 5 in the order dated 30-07-2015 passed by this court. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification. 2.

In view of aforesaid, no further indulgence can be given to request made under writ petition. Writ petition stands disposed of as such.
