1] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present Writ Petition, the petitioner has challenged the interim order passed by the School Tribunal in Appeal and the appeal itself is disposed of by the School Tribunal.

2] In view of the same, the present Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous by reserving the right of the petitioner to raise all contention while challenging the final order of the Tribunal before the appropriate court. 3] The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
