By this application, the applicants are seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondents in pursuance of the Award passed by the Reference Court.

Learned advocate for the respondents opposes the application and submits that in the connected appeals, this Court has permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount.

Considering the submissions advanced, the applicant can be permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount. Hence, order.

O R D E R

i. The application is allowed.

ii. The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the respondents, subject to furnishing of usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (J) of this Court.

iii. Civil application disposed off.
