The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, when the matter was called out, advocate for the applicant was held up in another

( 2 ) ca 9883.18 court. The absence was not deliberate. The applicant has also filed affidavit to the contempt petition.

It is submitted that the bailable warrant is not served upon the applicant. Considering the reasons given in the application the order dated 23.07.2018 issuing bailable warrant is recalled. Civil application is disposed of.
