Applicant apprehends his arrest in connection with crime bearing no.0107 of 2025 registered with Satara Police Station, District Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, for the offence punishable under Sections 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Learned counsel pointed out that there is false implication. That, report is lodged by informant Yogesh Sable alleging that one Sudam Narke assured him of fixing Government Job and allegedly obtained money to the tune of Rs.4,00,000/-. That, no job was fixed by said person. That, applicant has no concern with said person.

{2} ABA 1210 of 2025 That, applicant has not met or assured any job to the informant. That, he is also not a beneficiary of a single farthing out of alleged financial transaction between informant and said Narke. Therefore, there is no question of cheating. That, applicant is ready to cooperate. On above counts, prayers for relief are urged for. 3.

Learned APP pointed out that one Sudam Narke, who is Lecturer in Param Institute had assured informant about his connections in Mantralaya and his ability to fix Government job. That, present applicant is also named in the FIR, who also is connected with said Narke. That, there was assurance to fix job on payment of Rs.4,00,000/-. That, such amount is paid and details of the same are reflected in the FIR. That, both persons named in the FIR have jointly cheated and duped informant. For effective investigation, application is sought to be rejected. 4.

Perused the FIR dated 09-03-2025 and its substance is that informant's father was acquainted with one Sudam Narke, who was a Lecturer in Param Institute and said person told that he has acquaintances in Mantralaya and he can fix job in Government. Informant has specifically stated that said Narke introduced

{3} ABA 1210 of 2025 informant to present applicant, who runs the very Institute. He has stated that both Narke and Yadav (present applicant) assured him for Government job and therefore, time to time Rs.4,00,000/- were paid and its details are given in the report itself. However, no job was fixed as assured and having felt cheated, above report is lodged. 5.

Relief is sought on the ground that applicant has no concern and he is not beneficiary of any amount. As stated above, applicant is specifically named. As to whether applicant is beneficiary or not is required to be thoroughly investigated. Therefore, at this stage, submissions about applicant having no concern and to be not beneficiary cannot be entertained and accepted. For above reasons, no case for relief being made out, application deserves to be rejected. Accordingly, following order is passed :

ORDER

Application is rejected.
