The petitioner is seeking quashing of F.I.R. No. 343 of 2018 registered with Majalgaon police station, District Beed for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120 of I.P.C. so also the R.C.C. No. 615 of 2020. Furthermore, though the petitioner is seeking quashing of proceeding, however, the charge sheet yet not filed against the petitioner but the charge sheet is filed against other co-accused persons. The supplementary charge sheet will be submitted against the petitioner after effecting his arrest and carrying out subsequent investigation. 3.

We are not inclined to entertain this criminal writ petition since quashing of the F.I.R. for the crime registered way back in the year

crwp980.21 -22018 is sought. It appears that the petitioner is yet not arrested in connection with the said crime. Hence, we proceed to pass the following order:-

O R D E R

Criminal writ petition is hereby dismissed.
