Learned Advocate for the respondents places on record a communication dated 21/06/2017 issued by the Secretary of the A.P.M.C. and addressed to the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Sailu. Copy of the same is handed over to the learned Advocate for the petitioner alongwith a cheque dated 23/06/2017 of Saibaba Nagari Sahakari Bank Maryadit, Sailu of Rs.5,85,949/-. 2.

The said communication dated 21/06/2017 is marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification by taking it on record. 3.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that the petitioner is satisfied and does not desire to proceed with the contempt petition. He only requests that the statutory deductions i.e. khs/JUNE 2017/479

a total amount of Rs.2,18,425/- liable to be deposited by the respondents for the earlier period mentioned in Exhibit 'X', should be deposited without fail.

Mr.Salunke submits on instructions that whenever and whatever amount of statutory deductions are deposited by the respondents with the statutory authority, a communication would be addressed to the petitioner to intimate him the depositing of the amounts.

After recording the statements as above, which have been made to the Court, this petition is disposed of on instructions of the petitioner present in the Court.

Needless to state, statutory deductions shall be the liability of the respondents.
